This particular aspect of menopause is terrifying to me…because I already am low on fucks and barely capable of containing what I say to other people’s faces (or in work meetings). I may have to go on HRT to save my career!

How many times does it say ‘fear machine’?? Because Makary said that phrase like 6 times (at least!) on NPR and it was super annoying: like I was thinking how that is not something legit doctors say about THE FDA.

Scheduled my #Colonoscopy.
Debating whether I should put that in the comments or title of my time off requests…
Fuck it. It will help me remember…AND normalize that we should ALL be getting (age/risk-appropriate) colon cancer screenings.

Haha, yeah. I was thinking that it was a little crazy of you to just do Cologuard, but then I remembered that I too chose colonoscopy for screening because of risk profile (MGF died of colon CA, older brother had polyps on his colonoscopy so I chose diagnostic + therapeutic one & done screening)
