Loneliness is much more powerful than some people realize
I've tried using AI and it never writes what I want it to say. I just ended up rewriting. It's so obvious and drives me crazy reading other students' AI "work"

When I go alone, it's low angle pow all day long. Doesn't discount all of the risk but it limits exposure to avy terrain and is one less thing to think about.

Used demo gear is great. You can find last year's model skis (And probably snowboards too) with bindings for great prices.
