There's this whole class of people who went insane at some stage but still think they are Very Serious Journalists. Jenni Russell used to edit ITN, and is now retweeting conspiracy theory videos about Somalians in Minnesota

The bit politicians aren't saying out loud is: "But you don't understand how much hassle it is to treat very rich people equally under the law. Seriously it's HAAAARD. It causes us all sorts of problems for us. If you knew how HARD it was you'd be content with our decision to just leave it."

It took a few months to do that to me and I had childhood raynauds so it was the unwelcome return of an old acquaintance

I had horrific rebounds on 30 but I was only on it for 7 days and it pulled me from a hell I didn’t even know I was in.

So I have fond memories of it.
