not too bad for my first time making ohagi, i think! i rolled them in freshly toasted sesame seeds and a touch of maple sugar for complexity (and also because the store was out of kinako)

"run the dishwasher twice" was absolutely a huge concept for me as well. it applies to so much in the realm of executive dysfunction in my personal experience with it
never let "perfect" get in the way of "totally fine"
