Shout out to our brave girl Starr. Due to degenerative nerve issue she can no longer get up on her own. Plus, her sister dog who she shared her life with for the past 12 years died last month. It's been rough and confusing for her but she's so resilient (hopping around in her harness) and sweet. ❤️

First time out on this stretch of the Perkiomen Trail. Lovely, shady, rolling paved and gravel paths. Perfect for tired legs, easy 10-mile run. Mostly cyclists and walkers, only saw one dog though!

I attended a live taping of The Jon Stewart Show on MTV in 1994 (maybe 95?). Clancy Brown was the guest (he killed) and Naughty by Nature was the musical guest. They exploded off the stage and played a medley of their hits, it was one of the most fun live performances I've ever seen.

It's October and #BandcampFriday. I took "The Mummy Forgot the Chips" - an album of novelty halloween songs for the new generation - off of Spotify. Kinda silly I guess, but hey - there's only so much a person can do. Oh well!
