Blood Rage in Florida too. Not only the flaura, but the sliding door, bungalow, carpeting and that little condo complex is just like where my grandparents lived in Florida. It definitely adds a lot of character and context, for me.

I think one of the reasons slasher movies struggled in the 90s is due to the decline of the regional slasher. Once these movies shifted to primarily LA production I think they lost a lot of character.
