It makes *sense* to have different people handle the many steps from seed to consumer, it's just that large institutions are prone to exactly the problems we see in them.

More importantly, if Trump thinks somehow concocting a war with Venezuela to bolster his popularity like George Dubya Bush did in Afghanistan (btw, which rapidly faded), he is VERY much mistaken.
People are onto his BS and this no exception.
