I submitted a grant in October and just received notice it was assigned to study section so seems like what others have said, allowing late submissions but still processing those submitted during the shutdown.

Wait what? Does that mean grants submitted during the shutdown won’t be reviewed and need to be resubmitted at some future date TBD?
