San diego airport has seen only 4 80°+ days this entire year. I don't like the heat usually but am missing it

The southern california bight is surrounded by cold upwelling but still holding strong with above normal sea temps. Will it last or bust and create no sky july?

The sun came out in ob at sunset for 2 minutes 😅

So far enjoying the not so may gray at the coast. Seems previous years have been bad. But not out of the woods til July 🤞🌞

The weather service forecasts a high of 81 in San Diego, 91 in El Cajon on Thursday. That would be the warmest it's been in S.D. since Sept. 10 and the warmest it's been in El Cajon since Oct. 11. San Diego's record high for Feb. 27 is 84, set in 2020. #sandiegoweather #CAwx

San Diego has had very dry Januaries; it's had dry Decembers, too. But it's never had a combined December/January like this one. The city has recorded 0.01 of an inch of rain since Dec. 1. If no rain falls before Jan. 31 (none is on the horizon), this will be the driest ever. #sandiegoweather #CAwx
