I work for a fintech company and I can confirm that the credit card networks work like that. Visa and Mastercard are the backbone to connect institutions (banks, etc). There’s a good explanation here: stripe.com/resources/mo...

If you have played other Remedy games, you are in for a treat with their one-universe approach to their stories. Oh, and the DLCs are a treat too, specially if you have played Control.
Overall, great game and a lot of fun! If I don’t lose the momentum I might try to get all the achievements 😄 /end
