Every time Baby J smiles at me, I remember why I’m doing this.

I’ll admit, I wondered if fatherhood might pull me away from my work in sustainable finance. That money could become less meaningful to me. Instead, it’s strengthened my resolve. I want to help build a system that centers on empathy, kindness, and a long-term perspective.

When I'm feeding her a bottle, my thoughts drift to parents in Gaza, Sudan, Yemen, and even in my own city who struggle to fill their babies' stomachs. That thought weighs on me like a ton of bricks. Food is a basic human right, and too many are denied it.

Ooooh, great Q. The 1/3 mix you describe has a biiiiig home bias, and is underweight US which grew since 2008.

The All-Country World Index (ACWI) has US 68%, Canada 3%, and int'l 29%.

XEQT has a home bias and is US 42%, Canada 25%, int'l 33%.
