Yeah, I wish it had the swipe up and everything, but at least it has left and right. Safari is still way more fluid, but the tab sync is a big enough deal for me (jumping between 4 devices) that I can settle with Firefox

I was a Firefox on Mac/Safari on iOS person for a long time, but they just recently updated Firefox on iOS and it's pretty good! It's got solid sync and it's easy to set up search engines, the ad blocking is decent, and they finally added swiping to change tabs, which was the killer feature for me.

yes! I love Orion, but it's just not ready to be a daily driver for me right now. I keep checking in on it from time to time hoping it'll be there. That's actually another annoying thing about Safari though, setting up Kagi Search in Safari is so annoying lmao

and then as an Apple user, there's Safari, but it's slow to adopt standards, they keep fucking up the UI, and it sometimes just stops working? also there are no real extensions. So yeah, Firefox it is lmao

apparently the ONLY way to bookmark a page in Arc is to make it a pinned tab that's always visible. Which is just not what a bookmark is lmao

see I like vertical tabs, I hate Arc for just breaking bookmarks entirely? I was in their support forums asking how to just have a normal bookmarks folder, and people kept telling me to make a custom workspace and put them there, then copy tabs over to my active one or something? it was crazy

that's exactly the frustration I've had too. Especially on macOS, resizing the window has this weird stutter that I can't seem to fix? Also their tab sync between devices is *so slow*. I'm gonna keep messing with it, but I'm sure I'll end up back on Firefox like I always do
