53 year old Scottish bampot. Bollocks to Kvatch. Growing old is compulsory, growing up isn't. Let's all do our half-arsed best!

I mostly ramble about video games, weird old TV shows and movies.
Why yes, I have been playing a huge pile of old Amiga/PC pinball games. Despite the horrible screen tearing on most of the scrolling tables. 🤣🤪

Also downloading exoDOS to have a try after it being recommended on the stream I was watching earlier. A bunch of my old DOS games discs are lost into the void after a few house moves, so will see about revisiting some old favourites I may have forgotten about.

With virtually everything installed and shufted around, still got about 870Gb free on the new M2 SSD and about the same on the oldest hard drive, which should last me a good while as not expecting to buy many huge games on PC, mainly smaller and indie things.

Another early 80s table with beautiful artwork I'd never heard of before. Great stuff.

I'm six movies into Lego Skywalker Saga on PC. Trying to concentrate on doing the story and not getting sidetracked into what is still my favourite game for feeling like I'm just mucking about in a living Star Wars universe. (I do have Outlaws, but not started it yet)

I've still a bunch of side stuff to polish off once all the holiday events have finished everywhere else, looking forward to the first expansion too.

And yes, apart from the two big games it's mostly been smaller, often indie games, with Warframe being a constant and a Fortnite resurgence for a couple of months. Plus lots of old Lego games and I have a decade plus backlog, so slowly getting on with that.

Yes, it's a top eleven. Silver Bullet sneaked up on me end of the year and I didn't want to take any of the other out. So *blows raspberry*

Megabonk is a fun take on Vampire Survivors but full 3d. Neon Inferno is a fantastic Contra/Wild Guns run'n'gunner. Sektori is a challenging and brilliant twin-stick shooter. Silver Bullet is a spooky take on Cabal/Blood Bros with a lovely souped up NES style.

I, Robot is Jeff Minters take on the classic Atari arcade game. Marvel Cosmic Alliance is like the sequal to the X-Men arcade game we never got. Ball X Pit is an insanely addictive rogue lite mixing Arkanoid with twin-stick shooter. Absolum is an amazing brawler with rogue like aspects.

Next mid-sized release is Lumines Arise, I played so much Lumines 1 & 2 on my PSP and after going on to make Tetris Effect they've come full circle and applied that style to Lumines and it is awesome.

1378, to be fair, I've had the account for over twenty-one years. :)
