Yeah, part of the reason I hope it’s something other than stress; if this moment in my life is creating migraines from stress, then I’ll never be relaxed. If it’s something else, I have a chance.

Not new, thank goodness. I’ve had migraines since I was a teenager. We never nailed down a trigger beyond “stress,” but I’m both stable and happy right now, so I’m hoping it’s something else. And maybe it would be better if they were psychosomatic since then I could therapy my way through it.

I’ve cut out added sugar and my migraines have actually gotten worse (but I need to keep sugar down for dietary reasons)

Stuck hoping that my migraines are psychosomatic so that I might actually have a chance of living without debilitating head pain, regular brain fog, and even worse focus than my usual undiagnosed, unmedicated ADHD

I do think, however, that Liz Cheney would have been a brilliant addition to the campaign IF they had focused on January 6th and holding Trump responsible for attempting to overthrow the government by effectively Trump-proofing the government. That might have actually peeled off voters w/o losses.

I think Liz Cheney is a minor and unimportant point, but reflective of the larger posture of the campaign that did fail: We can take Democratic leaners and base voters for granted, and our focus should be on expanding the coalition to capture centrist/right voters who might defect.
