More and more I'm wondering if there's a link between sensory overload and migraines. I have certain food triggers, but sometimes it's feeling like there's a lot of sensory stuff playing into them too

Good morning world ☀️ I've been up since 6:30am and awake even before that. It's still raining and I'm trying to figure out how we'll get the shopping done given the bottom of our road was already flooded by mid-morning yesterday and it's not stopped raining yet 🌧️🌧️😭 anyone got a spare canoe?
