Risk assessment questionnaires cannot keep being written by people without a basic command of language. Grammatical errors that change the meaning of a question or just nonsensical answer choices lead me to believe the validity of the responses can’t be all that important 🤦🏼♂️

Phone survey that accepts only one digit responses asks me to rate the service on a scale of 1-10. In a world of "5 stars or you failed", this feels like a ploy to drag down satisfaction scores...or just a really poorly designed system? Cynicism or idiocy, which is the better explanation?

Couldn’t bring myself to interact on birb site with all the things going on. It’s been far too long without actually socializing on a social site - delighted to see so many familiar faces here, looking forward to useful dialog again!
