Just saw a man on McCoppin smash a glass bottle into the sidewalk out of his parked car. 🍾💥

Made me want to go over and smash his glass car windows.

Ok so, here’s um… an idea.

Let’s just hurt our local businesses that support low (or no) income persons’ fundamental basic needs (food stability) even further when both are hurting deeply already.

Do you know where you can get something (affordable) to eat (at 3am) (with an EBT card), Mayor Breed?

Maybe try parking your car in legal parking spaces, stop blocking driveways crosswalks, red curbs, loading zones, and fire hydrants, and impeding the city’s street sweeping team from doing their jobs? Catch basins regularly overflow when it rains and flood the city because of people like this man.
He owes $33,159 in parking tickets. In San Francisco, he's not alone
William Edward Andrews is part of an exclusive San Francisco club that nobody wants to join. He owes the city over $30,000 in parking tickets—and has no idea how he'll pay the debt off.

Park in your own motherf*cking garage or get a smaller f*cking car. You people are so goddamn annoying and entitled.
They're blocking the sidewalk. Why not just park in the garage?
Why do so many San Franciscans park in their driveways, blocking the sidewalk? Our readers wanted to know, so we asked people: Why don’t you park in your garage?

Glad to see this vacant building’s side sewer vent drain cover @ Church & Market has been replaced finally. It was a very dangerous open hole/trip hazard for almost a year. I made 15+ 311 reports!

So, why does the cost burden fall on property owners to replace missing covers when on city sidewalks?

Late night thoughts:

🎻🎻🎻Someone (not in my building) is playing Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and I can hear it through the walls just ever so faintly., and it’s driving me nuts because I just want to hear it played loudly! 🎻🎻🎻

(Also, I think I have a good ear for music. 🎶 )

City Of San Francisco won’t fix the giant hole in the middle of a Market & Church St sidewalk bc it’s “the responsibility of the property owner” (of an abandoned building that has been empty for the 15+ years that I’ve lived in the city) despite the 10+ SF311 reports I’ve made in the last 8+ months.

More insanity, Israel.

Israel wants the international community to “take responsibility for Gaza after the war.” -WSJ … as it acts like “it’s going to do whatever it wants to do in Gaza and the rest of us are going to come and clean up after them”
- Qatari PM.

Complete nonsense.

Oh f*** off, Valencia Merchants. Those 71 parking spaces are more valuable as public space (esp. for transit) than they are as private vehicle storage. Your businesses aren’t suffering from bike lanes; tourism is down city-wide and/or you just don’t know how to run a profitable business.

Re #APEC: SF’s leadership has been drowning in complacency and inaction for years. Whether it’s a lack of political capital/clout/willpower or a flood of overly-PC policies, city leaders actively avoid progress in the name of progressiveness. Time to break the cycle and get serious about fixing SF!

Sidewalks aren’t homes. We need shelters+housing, but you can’t have it both ways if you refuse assistance.

“In line with the injunction […] the City will soon begin to enforce laws prohibiting sitting, lying, or sleeping on public streets and sidewalks against voluntarily homeless individuals.”
