I get that someone may be homeless and living in their car, but that doesn’t give them them right to park anywhere they want.

As SMFTA chief says, “It's a city …You can't just completely ignore the parking rules."

Right in the middle of the sidewalk steps away from Church Street Muni Metro Station on one of the busiest streets in SF

(I’ve accidentally tripped on this hazard before myself)

A side-running protected bike lane is the right way to move forward from here (and would have been great if you had not made SFMTA compromise on the earlier proposal that “called for adding protections to curbside bike lanes on the street.”

Also, why not unload deliveries at night? Just sayin’

There’s room for growth/improvement/accountability on all sides of this equation. So many factors are at play in this case. I’m interested to see what the court says.
