Yeah. I have two streaks of cricket support: England-centric (I want to win the ashes back, kthx) and the neutral (I want a close-fought contest; absolute trouncings are like marshmallows: tasty, fun, but ultimately unfulfilling).

Both have been disappointed so far this ashes.

I can’t really blame the bowlers when they’ve barely had any rest. That was just a proper test match innings, and to blame the balls will be to take away from Travis Head’s achievement.

I’d bet it’s a codegen thing — I suspect there’s some schema or something being used to generate the crate code and its output is somewhat… eccentric.

The way that the error types are knotty and nested is another thing that drives me bananas.
