At airports in Europe you can be arrested if you harass staff and that's pretty much how it should be at cons.
If you're a dick to staff and it's completely uncalled for that should be an immediate badge pull if not a warning that will rapidly escalate to one. But that's just me. I'm no fun~

If there's anyone ahead of them or oncoming they're just gonna blind other drivers though. It's complicated but I guess it serves a purpose sometimes.
