The Kamen Rider franchise's need to constantly modernize and chase pop culture trends is one of its most unique traits and imho a key factor in its enduring popularity

It's intrigued me for a long time with Ryuki and Ex-Aid in particular being noteworthy in this regard
Shot from the Kamen Rider Ryuki opening of the titular hero posing in a dark room full of mirrors as sparks rain down on him Shot from the Kamen Rider Ryuki opening of Ren, Yui and Shinji in a dead wintertime forest walking away from each other Shot from the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid opening of the titular hero posing in a computerized landscape full of lights and heart rate pulses Shot from the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid opening of Emu, Taiga, Hiiro and Kiriya facing off in a digital arena

The cover of 'Just Got Back From the Discomfort - We're Alright' by The Brave Little Abacus but the guy on it is replaced with Charlie Kirk grimacing while wearing a white t-shirt that says "freedom" in all caps

donald trump is a fascistic leader who has surrounded himself with people who are explicitely pro-fascistic that want to end democracy as we know it and punish anyone who dissents. pretending otherwise leads me to believe you agree with them doing this

-alt fire: chance for your character to either do an epic fist pump and shout “SAYOKOOOOO” (increasing damage dealt) or become frozen with fear and scream in horror (increasing damage taken)

borderlands legendary idea: the “traitor”

-torgue pistol
-always fire
-every third shot is a multi-pellet shot that forms a diamond pattern
-can deal damage to an ally who is reviving you, knocking them back and granting you a second wind

Fascists desperately want to be seen as tough and cool. Never ever ever allow this. Remind them constantly that they are little whiny baby losers forever.
