300k, that's 483 classrooms (at the new repeatable 620k design) or quite a lot of peace practitioners or many hectares of community gardens to grow local food near urban centres...

Armament, war, fear, making enemies is the choice the government makes.

Why? To play with the big boys and to boost the economy.
So vain, so sad, so wasteful, and just criminal as it WILL kill someone.
