The EPA is preparing a proposal that would revoke a critical 2009 legal determination stating that greenhouse gases are harmful to human health. That finding has been the backbone of U.S. climate regulations for over a decade.

SCOTUS: Facilitate the return of Abrego Garcia
JUDGE XINIS: Tell me what you're doing to return him
DOJ: We need a week
XINIS: You have 3 hours
DOJ: No

There's supposed to be a hearing in 10 minutes.

Yep. And since SCOTUS gave the vague “requisite deference to the executive” line in the Abrego Garcia ruling instead of just denying trump’s application outright, Roberts will ultimately get to decide how Trump responds to the lower court order to return Abrego Garcia to the U.S.
Here’s a problem: The President’s negotiations with foreign heads of state are covered by executive privilege.

So if Trump tells the court, “I tried but there’s nothing I can do,” there’s no way to review or verify what he actually did (if anything).
