This is what community looks like: Swale Greens out in force in Milton Regis yesterday, cleaning streets and making a difference. It’s not just picking up litter, it’s also talking to locals who love their area and want to feel pride in place. Anyway, in the end, the crocuses beat the drinks cans!
Swale Green Party members gathered to collect litter in Milton Regis. Multiple bags full of rubbish collected from the streets and fields. Cans and wrappers in bushes prior to being cleaned up. Newly cleaned green space with crocuses growing around a tree.

Update:
It’s a shame that an inaccurate statement has been leaked to a former Sun journalist. The MOU directors were already in the process of transferring ownership and all of the resources of MOU, and that legal process is now nearing completion. I am taking on the role of director of MOU to see this through and ensure we’re ready for the conference at the end of November. The movement owes Jamie Driscoll, Beth Winter and Andrew Feinstein a debt of gratitude for their integrity, professionalism and hard work. They’ve been patient, constructive and consistently sought to resolve matters diplomatically. Thank you for your patience — this brings the chapter to a close and these resources will now be used for Your Party, as was always intended.
