Elspeth didn't have much need for facial expressions, so this is me goofing around.

Yes, that is a version of @defiantmartyr.bsky.social as Elspeth in an unused graphic; we had a good laugh about it a few months ago.

There was a SMALL chance during writing that Cid would end up betraying you and being evil, hence the unused graphic on the top right.

Giada and Nissa (with her correct facial tattoos as opposed to what the game has), from the "True" ending, plus unused graphics for Gideon and Jace, whom I initially also had planned to put in.

Tibalt basically had to be photoshopped to be adjusted, plus given custom hair and horns.

Fortunately, I found a sprite outfit that works pretty well.

Kaito, Kaya, and Teferi have custom-drawn hair, as the character generator had no options that looked close enough.

Alright, it's been four months or so!
So let's do a behind-the-scenes look at some of the #MTGJRPG game assets and custom art, starting with our very own Chandra!

There was no female base model with goggles, so the goggles, burning hair/eyes, and little pipe on her shoulder are all custom-made.
