I am a firm supporter of favorite hats. I was just incredibly pissed since it had been a few days since I last cleaned my room; so I quickly made my bed and I see my hat and put it on, and I feel so much better with the hat now on. Moral of the story is that favorite hats make life more better.

I have no idea what is going on with my brain at the moment, where the only music I’ve been listening to for the past few days has either been “Mama” by mcr, the Red Alert 3 theme from command and conquer, or “How bad can I be” from the Lorax..Unfortunately, it probably won’t be stopping soon either

I got a haircut yesterday and I had forgotten how much I love short hair! Dude, this is so amazing, like it’s so convenient and it looks EPIC! I’m a firm advocate for short hair now; so if you’re look for a sign to get short hair, absolutely do so!

Somehow after this, I sung “make a man out of you” ACCURATELY despite not listening to the song in years! It’s a underrated song though, tbh
I tied up my hair today by trying to do the closest thing I virtually could to a bun, and I thought “huh, my hair kind of looks like Shang’s from Mulan”, and my sister sees and says “Hey! You look like that one guy from mulan”. I need to start wearing this hairstyle more often😭.

I feel like “mama” by mcr does not get as much credit as it deserves, I believe it’s one of their best songs! The Liza Minelli feature, the strong anger sentiment from estrangement, the screams; it’s so beautiful 🥺.

I just spent two hours working on entries for my scrapbook/journal; and don’t get me wrong I LOVE MY SCRAPBOOK, but it’s really time consuming! The cherry on top is that I’ve only written and stuck a few tactile elements on my scrapbook, not even any stickers or doodles yet really. Absolutely Bogus😭

Brief description: I hope she doesn’t appear like one of those overwhelming designs, but she’s mainly composed of ‘garbage’-like accesories (therefore explaining the lyric) and a neon-resemblance (Neon!) of sorts (continued in replies)
Finally done making a first design for a mcr-inspired character! Her name is tbd(a friend rec’d Mimishii!). I tried to go out of my comfort zone slightly with a cartoonish-leaning art style. Description for my shayla will be posted soon! Mind, this is a first draft!!
