C'e' ovviamente un equilibrio tra complessita' e compliance, in EU tendenzialmente ignoriamo sempre la prima. Quindi rallentiamo, rallentiamo, rallentiamo, discutiamo per anni, mettiamo barriere e poi tutti ci si deve attaccare. Fa male e a volte uccide l'innovazione.

Faccio sempre un esempio facilissimo: aprire un sito web, self hosted, oggi in Europa costa tempo e denaro. In US per la maggior parte costa solo l'hosting. E pure l'asia.
