You might think you're just having a laugh, but you're making the encyclopaedia worse for everyone else, and wasting the time of other users who have to tidy up after you.

steckt er viel Aufwand in die gründliche Recherche von Nutzung, Etymologie und Historie der Arten. Da ich bereits ein paar Mal ausgeholfen habe, weiß ich, wieviel Arbeit und Sorgfalt hinter den Pflanzenporträts steckt - das würde ich mir so von Studierenden oft wünschen!
Das entspricht also sicher>

The new Wiley journal review system is an absolute nightmare. Editorial assistants have been replaced by a clunky, AI-enabled website that makes it harder to find and invite reviewers. Associate editor workloads have increased. I'm not convinced the invitations to reviewers are even going through.

Das ist Alonella excisa. Genauer gesagt Herr Alonella excisa, also ein Männchen. Ein Wasserfloh aus der Familie der Chydoridae. Was ist besonders an diesem Bild? Die Existenz von Männchen ist bei A. excisa bekannt, es existieren Zeichnungen. Ein Foto konnte ich im Internet aber nicht finden.
