@angling.bsky.social I love, Tench, roach, seam bream the much maligned Wrasse. But most of all I love gudgeon, it was my first, one day I hope it will be my last it is my everything (think there is a song in there somewhere)

Just watching Mortimer and Whitehouse. The Dr on the program just said that being or feeling lonely can have a similar affect oh health as smoking 15 a day. Being lonely can be detrimental to health and wellbeing. It's a start, even the smallest of social interaction can be beneficial.
