I see this all the time, we don't need more managers we need more front line staff. But those staff need uniform, drugs, equipment, work stations , hot water, pay... this is done by the support staff and their managers. The hidden backbone of the NHS

Totally with you, It's that I find personally when I question people they become defensive and try to demean other's points of view or opinions. I was told don't say their product is cheaper. It less expensive than ours because....

Yes, and also those who might need the information in other languages, or spoken as they are uable to read. I consider it each time something is produced. Should more organisations, yes of course, inclusiveness and accessibility should be a preset

I would also add that we do not question the information we are given. Questioning is not disagreement, it's not trying to disregard your point of view, it is merely part of truly understanding the information being given

As a long term NHS worker I am worried that the next 12 months will see this increase. With 1.7 million staff members it's a huge area to cover security wise.

Not only disrupted, but caused patients to be redirected to other hospitals. Delaying treatment for those in emergency situations. Also the knock on effect at the other local receiving hospitals
