As part of my recovery I try to do a lot of walking to build my strength back up. This mashup of stills from the pedestrian path bike lane of the Manhattan Bridge over the FDR and East River really kicked my butt. It cold and windy. 🥶🌬️

In my downtime I started experimenting with short videos and photo montages. These are some I’ve come up with. On this particular morning, bowling water for tea, I must have stared at this pot for five full minutes before I realized it was boiling. I am out of it.
