I’ve been to London a handful of times but never in November. People weren’t exaggerating when they said how beautiful it is in the lead up to the holidays. Loving the scenery ❤️📸🇬🇧

It’s honestly rare I take a break from work or thinking about all topics related to work (okay, maybe I’m still thinking a bit 😜) but this recent holiday has been welcome and very much needed.

Stumbled on this 2002 RF Elmore piece: Hard Questions About Practice. 21 years later & I found it’s still relevant as discussions ⭕️ around the same systems issues. The only key diff. may be “distributed leadership” is more of a thing..and yes, I put it in quotations. www.ascd.org/el/articles/...
