Raging against the lying of the Right.
I feel like we won’t really know that this is true until a load of divorced men in The Other Place have made angry, possibly misogynist, comments and cast aspersions on the person who submitted it.

My dad was evacuated from London during WW2. This person is probably of the opinion that he should have stayed put. I actually feel sorry for her as she has been radicalised by the far right.

James, can I recommend this documentary by @jensenko.bsky.social about her dad…‘The Brainwashing of my Dad’. It might help some family members gently ‘reach’ their radicalised family/friends…

Totally understand, My mum and dad have been radicalised. They are in for a revolution. The absolute bile coming out of their mouths at the moment is utterly disgusting. I have said to them, I need a break from you two. Again. We tried to talk to them, but you may as well talk to a brick.

I used to try and stop my parents reading it. They never used to, then dad was semi radicalised by disinformation on FB. A lurch to the right followed. It’s scary how easily sensible people can be swayed. Now trying to stop mum being influenced by someone she knows. It’s like fighting a cult.

Had a conversation with my 82 year old mum a few weeks back, completely radicalised 'and now, Starmer has put up the Council Tax and stopped my WFA'

Mum, (a) he hasn't and (b) you live in an unencumbered £350k flat and have £100k in the bank since Dad died, please stop thinking you're hard doneby

Said this a lot, I work with a lot of young lads, and the vast majority are well-adjusted, thinking about exams, their SOs, football, video games, the same stuff that preoccupied me at their age.

Conversely, I hear some absolutely mad conspiracy bullshit spouted as fact by the arl fellas at the bar
