Finally gave up after one hour on hold. Was able to apply for a replacement via their website (the app only directs you to call). I’m getting the feeling that Abbott has a lemon on their hands with this “upgraded” CGM sensor.

When I first put the FreeStyle Libre 3+ on last night, my reading was way too low even though my lot was not on the recall list. There’s no apparent way to calibrate this sensor with finger stick readings like the way you could with the previous sensor.
