About 4000 miles in a straight line at a guess!

I occasionally spend up to 10 minutes on the rebounder just before midnight. Probably won't make my personal target of 20k today though as I'm not going out in this shite weather

We've seen the first two, and yes it is a delight. In the Leonard and Hungry Paul pantheon of great telly.
Also watching Dinosaur, in a similar vein.

We probably met the same donkeys last year - near the Royal Oak in Fritham (marvellous ploughman's lunch)

Just looked it up, it was from 78 but took the babararacucudada from an older American car advert.

Summer Fun, but I think I remember it from the 70s rather than the 60s, maybe it was re-released?

Oh yes, I've never thought to plug my mandolin through my pedals - that'll give me something to do this afternoon. I anticipate disappointment.
Mine has an onboard pickup.

I can hear Morrisey singing every one of those lines

Or in my experience, don't compare yourself to yourself ten or 20 years ago.

#Brexit not bloody brevity

Oh dear, it passed me by that Pete Shelley died in 2018. They were a terrific band, I still have the Spiral Scratch ep.
A lot of punks didn't like them because they could actually play, especially John Maher's complex drumming

I'm not buying anymore. Well maybe a steel. And a cello.

My first guitar teacher had a 50s Gretsch, beautiful thing.

Education is woke.
How much damage are they going to achieve?

That looks very much like the road south out of Mirepoix.

Headstock, body, and tailpiece must have been designed by different people, possibly in different centuries. Scratch plate looks like an afterthought.
It's horrible

I went to University of Ulster in Coleraine in the 80s & even back then the Heathrow to Aldergrove flight was cheaper than the train plus Larne - Stranraer or Dun Laoghaire - Holyhead ferry.

Double walked and did longest run for months yesterday. Back to staring mournfully out of the window today.
However I will get out in full waterproofs because it works.
Bit of chirpy Mozart on radio 3 definitely helps.

I can't make that stretch at speed!
There will be a lot more notes on that before I'm done - I make a rough copy with performance notes essentially to use for teaching - I sometimes add the harmonic basis for each bar.
