I think he's excellent and I hope he becomes a significant figure in British politics for years to come. But I think they've deferred difficult spending/tax decisions to 29-30 that won't happen. Regional transport stuff is weak. Then govt positions on immigration undermine their economic arguments.

It wouldn't be worth the risk. I think the average overround is around 125% on any virtual horse race. Profit is guaranteed for them without any regulatory risk.
