it's so early days in AI. we have the roadmap, and it will take years to build everything out to scale. ship, move on, come back, scale. unship if that thing didn't work.

if you're going to work 60 hours a week, you at least better be talking about AI the entire time. learn how to do it the right way, by doing it. no class can teach you besides just doing it. how does a GPU work, how can we get the most out of it, how can we platform it, how will we serve customers

I think US airlines are probably the value stock you want to bet on with a 3 month horizon. They can use the ATC shutdown as an excuse to cancel unprofitable flights. Utilization rises, open seats fall, prices rise. @keubiko.bsky.social
