No one talks about how uncomfortable it is to scratch an itch when your body fat % gets lower and it’s mostly muscle. Like it feels so weird lol I miss the feeling of being able to get a good, smooth, deep scratch.

It’s so fun learning French and seeing the ‘English’ words that have just been left as the former language. Like I always knew ‘In lieu of something’ meant ‘in place of it’..come to find out ‘Lieu’ in French mess ‘Place’ 🤓
