The next day, something remarkable happened. The entire Swedish team gathered. Coach and players stood with Durmaz as he read a statement condemning the abuse. Then, collectively, they shouted: "F*** racism!"

Key insight: People WANT accurate data collection - they want health inequalities recognized. But only if it's safe. Only if categories reflect how they actually identify. Only if communities control how data is used.
