I've learned always to wait for the detail and not jump in feet first in outrage at the headline, it also means I have to take a circumspect view of some people who I follow for their insights into the political reality, who seem very quick to find outrage at any report related to Sweeting

I'm old enough to remember 'back then', and whilst comedy content was (with hindsight) decidedly objectionable, you will not find any content that references the types of antisemitic comments attributed to the juvenile #frogfeatures

But sadly they won't, like a kicked dog the BBC in the form of Kuenssberg and Mason will be crawling back to #frogfeatures begging him to give them affection.
