For things like predatory monetization practices or features your customer base is overwhelmingly against? Maybe listen.

it was pretty low on the list last year, so it isn't a huge shock that it slipped off. a thing that I feel like their team didn't take into consideration last year (and obviously this one too) is the percentage of outer wilds players who view it as their favorite game ever.
