btw if you're so petrified of doing a bad job that you can't even start, then what you need isn't advice on how to make comics. you need to learn to embrace being messy and bad at things and being okay with that because it's necessary, and actually it's GOOD. being messy is WONDERFUL

thank you for sharing. I think that, deep down, this is accurate. Grieving for what has been lost, grieving for myself, for other people, for people that do not even exist. I grieve over horrible love, and cry over the pain that others have to experience. Thank you

I know people deal with face blindness but have you ever experienced “art style blindness”? Often times I send art to people saying “ugh I wish I could draw like that” only to be told my art is extremely similar! But oftentimes I don’t really know what my art looks like/is similar to. #artsky

I see people making interest lists of games and shows but how do I attract other artists that are just absolute FREAKS. Do I wave my arms with a sign taped to my head, written as “FREAKS PLEASE INTERACT”? A bit concerning to have Freudian psychology and age gaps on my interest list, don’t you think
