One of many difficult examples of how random cuts are playing out downstream. We need to collectively share these specific effects of the current administration’s blind actions.
My daughter's daycare just sent out an email about potentially needing to layoff staff because new babies about to start withdrew because of parental job losses. So if you're wondering how government layoffs and mass contract cancellations will affect the economy, here's an example

Legacy is more than what you do when you are “in the chair”. Strongly held core beliefs + consistent and honorable action + willingness to give it freely to others along the way. His is a legacy I admire.
I’m grateful to have witnessed the remarkable life, legacy, & leadership of President Jimmy Carter.

After leaving the Office in 1981, he devoted himself helping build homes for those in need.

As he finds rest & peace, may President Carter's spirit continue to inspire us all.
