I honestly don't care about light pollution. I care about safety. I just want to be able to see the street when I'm driving.

I vote for the original trio: Jane, Lily, & Dolly. Same characters, half a lifetime later.

Also, (if you ever happen to read this) STREET LIGHTS!!! For the love of all the gods, old and new, FIX THE STREET LIGHTS. You wanna improve public safety? Cut down on crime? Reduce pedestrian accidents? More light will do all of that! I dont understand this city's aversion to working street lights.

Dave Barry wrote a novel in which there was a construction company in South Florida called Penultimate, Inc. that got all the city & government contracts, and everything they built fell down.
