🧶 Today I was forced to learn how to pick up a dropped brioche stitch. Making mistakes helps us grow. But we can grumble about it.

Today I made a cake. The frosting tastes like a dreamsicle--3 oranges worth of zest. I think I'll name this one Fred.
We're hosting board games tomorrow.

Winston's last night with us. Eff cancer-he got super steroids to give him a few more days so the offspring (who picked him and named him 11 years ago) could join us to say goodbye. Poor guy wants to do all the things but doesn't understand why his body won't. #CatsofBluesky

Winston is the best of cats, but we're afraid he may be entering his final days. He just wants to sit in his box and is mostly refusing food. 💔
