I hope when the felon finally departs Dr Houry will go back to the cdc and fix it.

Sounds like nonsense to me. Outside air has plenty of microorganisms.

We’ve been seeing flu B in Mi, which is weird since it is usually shows up big in March.

I am so looking forward to the day when we can reverse this administration’s damage.

I realize acarbose doesn’t have big impacts on weight loss, but from my reading it sounds like by letting carbs go further down the pipe you get more GLP release. I think acarbose should come back in style. Start low, go slow

Big fan of slapping a scd40 on an esp32c3 and making it blink when CO2 hits 800 ppm. Scd30 are nice too, but a little bigger. Sensirion makes a great app for it.

I’m wondering how many patients are reporting ocular migraine like symptoms. Do these patients have an increased rate of complications?

I wonder if some international scientists are rethinking their plans.

I remember seeing a dozen people from Mexico who were cleaning the mold out of Tulane after Katrina who all had a terrible cough. I asked if they had respirators. Ha.

I know it isn’t the total answer but I sure hope we get balcony solar soon.

I have to wonder if any of the 10 post vaccine dead kids actually died from a gun shot wound in the three days after the vaccine and it just got coded wrong. Sadly, statistically that is more likely.
December 4, 2025 at 5:47 PM
I'm surprised, ha, that the newspapers that posted Prasad's headline like it was real have not followed up yet making your very point. Hear I am still telling patients to get vaccinated and for all I know, they are all going to die in the pharmacy parking lot.

Good point. I think the lesson from this event, and the whole fiasco of an ACIP meeting, that I just listened to for 5 minutes before my head exploded, is it is infinitely easier to throw shit at walls to see if it will stick in people's mind than to actually provide evidence supporting the shit.

If I were on ACIP I would have done my homework prior to asking that question. I guess that is why I wasnt invited to be on ACIP www.chop.edu/vaccine-educ...
Vaccine Ingredients: Yeast
Severe allergic reactions have been reported after receipt of hepatitis B vaccine (about 1 case per 600,000 doses). However, allergy to yeast proteins does not appear to be the cause of these allergic reactions. Can people with yeast allergies get vaccines?Hepatitis B vaccines are made using baker’s yeast and residual quantities of yeast proteins are contained in the final product. Engerix-B (GlaxoSmithKline) and Heplisav-B (Dynavax Technologies) contain no more than 5 mg per ml and Recombivax HB (Merck and Co.) contains no more than 1 mg per ml of yeast proteins. Two combination vaccines, Pediarix and Twinrix, that contain the hepatitis B vaccine (Engerix-B) also contain no more than 5 mg per ml. Pediarix combines hepatitis B with diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and polio vaccines; Twinrix, an adult vaccine, combines hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccines. The version of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine contains less than 0.007 mg of yeast proteins.Severe allergic reactions (including hives, difficulty breathing or low blood pressure) have been reported after receipt of hepatitis B vaccine (about 1 case per 600,000 doses). However, allergy to yeast proteins does not appear to be the cause of these allergic reactions.ReferencesWiedermann G, Scheiner O, Ambrosch F, Kraft D, Kollaritsch H, et al. Lack of induction of IgE and IgG antibodies to yeast in humans immunized with recombinant hepatitis B vaccines. Int Archs Allergy Appl Immun 1988;85:130-132.Volunteers were inoculated with three doses of yeast-derived hepatitis B vaccines at monthly intervals and compared with plasma derived vaccines. Before and four weeks after immunizations, blood samples were tested for presence of IgE or IgG antibodies against yeast antigens related to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida albicans, respectively, as cross-reactivity exists between the two genera. No rise in IgE antibodies against Saccharomyces cerevisiae antigens nor in IgG antibodies against Candida albicans antigens was found. The authors concluded that yeast proteins in recombinant hepatitis B vaccines do not cause type I or type III allergic reactions.Petre J, Van Wijnendaele F, De Neys B, Conrath K, Van Opstal O, et al. Development of a hepatitis B vaccine from transformed yeast cells. Postgrad Med H 1987;63(Suppl 2):73-81.Researchers tested subjects before and after exposure to the yeast-derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccine for anti-yeast antibodies. All subjects tested positive for anti-yeast IgG antibodies before vaccination, and 1-2% of subjects had low levels of anti-yeast IgE antibodies prior to immunization. IgG antibody titers fluctuated after immunization, and were not related to any adverse reactions. Yeast-derived vaccine is safe, even in subjects with pre-existing anti-yeast IgE antibodies.Zajac BA, West DJ, McAleer WJ, Scolnick EM. Overview of clinical studies with hepatitis B vaccine made by recombinant DNA. J Infect 1986;13(Suppl A):39-45.The antigen used in the yeast-recombinant hepatitis B vaccine is derived from a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (common baker’s yeast) and trace quantities of yeast protein exist within the product. As such, there is a theoretical concern that administration of a vaccine prepared in yeast might induce allergic reactions to yeast proteins. Researchers tested the sera of 133 persons before and after receipt of the recombinant vaccine for anti-yeast antibodies. One-hundred percent of individuals had anti-yeast IgG in both pre- and post-vaccination samples, presumably from exposure through eating bread. Levels fluctuated after receipt. Adverse reactions were not more frequent in persons with rises in yeast antibody titers.

I’d like to see retirement investment accounts that are not just fossil fuel free, but are actively investing in the energy transition. Make it easy for people to invest in their future economic wellbeing and the planets.

It isn’t great for coronary artery eval but they use it for amyloidosis. Effective drugs are available now so they look for it.
December 3, 2025 at 4:57 AM
They do heart MRIs to look for fibrosis, valve evals, although tee is better, and I think infiltration type diseases like amyloidosis. Myocarditis too, but
the felon doesn’t have that.

I hope your rat had a good visit with the vet. If it is a girl and she has a tumor, ask about the ferret implant. Worked great for my rats’ tumors.

I bet he is getting those dementia drugs. They do follow up MRIs looking for bleeds. The heart mri stumps me. Maybe he has CHF and they are looking for amyloid?

It is a wind machine by Lasko. I got it half off a couple years ago in August. It has run pretty much 24x7 since. It has 4 MERV 13 30x20 inch filters that I’ve changed once. It is a bit loud but I don’t care, it is downstairs.
