As someone with kind of a surface-level knowledge of Mormon history (watched that PBS doc The Mormons in 2007) and having grown up in another Very Normal religion (Catholicism) it's hard to imagine a worthwhile story about Mormons written by someone who has never been Mormon

Well, I can tell you from experience that "just in case" pays off sometimes 💜

Yes! But I think it also displays a certain kind of basic self-confidence. It starts from believing that what you say might have a positive impact

We have children, so in some sense I signed up for this but the sensory overload is pretty much constant at this stage. I have to remind myself they're only this particular age once
