...Bingbot seems to be actively trying to fuzz twfy-type search query strings, which is *extremely* obnoxious and resource-intensive. It's (inter alia) throwing binary blobs into queries, and concatenating dozens of (person:$int OR) for randomly-generated values of $int. Fully blocked that now too

The botnet does definitely seem to be using a lot of impossible UA strings but also seems to be pulling them randomly in a "pick one element each from these three large lists" way, so the number of possible combinations is a lot bigger than I have been able to keep on top of. 😐

[I've been dealing with essentially a DDOS-level attack on kildarestreet from fake user agents for a few weeks. 500+ reqs/sec. Can literally blackhole the entire country of origin, and it relocates to another within a minute. Are you seeing similar?]

I'm weirdly fascinated by reaction vids where people are actually so into that line of thinking that it causes them to completely misunderstand the core nature of the (lone) antagonist. Like: why are you even watching this show if it is as dumb as you wrongly think it is?

I sometimes wonder if straight-cis-white 15yo me going on all those demos even happened now, because it used to have mattered, and now apparently that entire flag we planted got burned by cowards when we took a breath
