Just got in a Lyft with my driver, and as I’m Oromo and he’s Somali, we spent the ride angrily yelling in agreement about how Trump has the devil in him and that’s why he’s stayed alive this long. Very emotionally soothing.

My air conditioning went out for two weeks this summer and it was absolute HELL. This should be a statewide requirement, especially given climate change.
Falcon Heights may be the first city in Minnesota to require require air conditioning to work — if A/C is included in the lease.

Really appreciated this op-ed in the Star Tribune about the need for public seating downtown. Local leadership is so focused on luring people in from the suburbs that they forget about improving quality of life for the people who already live here: www.startribune.com/twin-cities-...
