Biden didn't get coup d'etat-ed by his own party. He deceived his own party (us) & when that became obvious the grassroots rose up to say give us someone else. Grassroots Dems didn't want Biden BEFORE but weren't offered a choice because potential candidates didn't want to take on an incumbent.

I'm not a lawyer but it seems they're trying to put stuff out there to "create" a controversy that doesn't exist so the bad faith MFers on the Supreme Court can pretend things aren't crystal clear.

I'm sure part of the agenda here is normalizing the concept of the military killing anyone the administration deigns to designate with Official Enemy Names. Like calling (alleged) drug smugglers Foreign Terrorist Organizations, even though they have no political agenda. They'll bring that home.

After World War II, 3 German U-boat crewmen were sentenced to death for machine-gunning Allied sailors who were clinging to life rafts after their boat was sunk.
It's long been known in the military that this is a war crime. Pete Hegseth must be fired and prosecuted.
